About The Position

Legacy Village of Stillwater is seeking a passionate and skilled Dining Services Director to join their team. This role involves overseeing the preparation and delivery of meals and snacks for residents, managing specialized diets, and handling the financial aspects of the food service department, including stock monitoring, invoice tracking, and budget management. The position also includes leading and motivating a team of 25-30 associates and planning meals for special events, holidays, and in-house catering.

Requirements

• Current Serve Safe certificate
• Training or degree in culinary arts
• Experience with financial management

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and delivery of meals and snacks to various dining rooms.
• Manage specialized diets to ensure residents' unique dietary needs are met.
• Manage the financial aspects of the food service department, including monitoring stock levels, tracking invoices, and staying within budget.
• Lead and motivate a team of 25-30 associates, ensuring they are trained and ready to deliver top-notch service.
• Plan and prepare meals for special events, holidays, and in-house catering.
