About The Position
Brookdale is seeking a passionate and service-driven Dining Services Coordinator to lead their culinary team in providing exceptional dining experiences for residents. This role involves leadership and hands-on culinary work, including menu planning, food preparation, team development, inventory management, scheduling, sanitation oversight, and maintaining quality dining services within budget. The coordinator will create a welcoming dining atmosphere, ensure meals are prepared safely and efficiently according to company and nutritional standards, and partner with community leadership and dining team members to deliver excellent hospitality and meaningful resident experiences.
