Requirements

Attention to detail – You ensure residents receive top-quality, individualized care.
2 plus years of experience working dietary preferred.
Dietary supervision preferred
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

Build positive relationships with residents to ensure an exceptional dining experience and resident satisfaction
Supervise and support servers to ensure quality service and teamwork
Assist with meal preparation and provide backup support to the cook as needed
Manage administrative responsibilities including scheduling, timekeeping, and daily task tracking
Lead daily team huddles to support communication, teamwork, and operational success
Ensure all closing duties and departmental tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
