About The Position
The Dining Services Assistant, also referred to as a Dietary Aide, assists with all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role works diligently to ensure residents receive high-quality service and an excellent dining experience with every meal. The employee advances the value that the resident comes first, recognizes the Community as the resident’s home, helps create a homelike environment, and models person-centered care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with regular and texture-modified diets is a plus.
