Dining Services Assistant
About The Position
Lawrence Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Dining Services Assistant, also referred to as a Dietary Aide, to assist with dining services in accordance with established policies and procedures. The role focuses on ensuring residents receive high-quality service and an excellent dining experience with each meal. The employee is expected to put residents first, recognize the community as their home, help create a homelike environment, and model person-centered care. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with additional pay based on experience and a premium pay plan.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with regular and texture-modified diets is a plus.
