About The Position
River Garden is seeking a people-oriented Dining Services Aide to join its Dining Services team at a not-for-profit care community focused on long-term care. The role involves general food-service work, including preparing, presenting, and serving food, while maintaining sanitation and safe work practices. The aide also cleans and restocks as needed. This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts and an every-other-weekend schedule. Requirements
- Up to one month of related experience in long-term care or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively.
- Sales ability and ability to perform under pressure.
- Confidence communicating with customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

- Demonstrate responsibility for safe work practices.
- Maintain sanitation standards.
