About The Position

The Dining Services Aide helps create a positive dining experience for residents and employees by providing excellent customer service, quality products, and appealing presentations. The role supports meal service and delivery, maintains product stock and rotation, and keeps dining and service areas presentable and clean. The aide follows company and government food-safety, food-handling, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to operate food-service equipment.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service and delivery.
• Maintain stock and ensure proper product rotation within the assigned area of operation.
• Maintain the appearance of the dining room and service areas, including menu boards and table-service setup and removal.
• Maintain established cleanliness standards for stations and equipment.
• Follow company, local, state, and federal guidelines for food safety, food handling, and required documentation.
