Our Culinary Lead (Dining Services Supervisor): Ensures bistro, Kitchen and all dining rooms are properly staffed, and problem solves, if short-staffed; fills in when necessary. Ensures bistro and all Dining room are properly stocked with items needed prior to service Greets and welcome residents and guests warmly, escorting them to tables and introducing the menu. Provides expert knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials and wine pairings Accurately takes and process orders, ensuring clarity and attention to detail Understands and adheres to all policies and procedures at the Lodge as set forth in departmental policies and the Employee Handbook. Promotes the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrate commitment to Transforming Age's Culture of Excellence and strategic goals Performs other duties as assigned
