LCB Senior Living is hiring a full-time Dining Service Supervisor at Suffield by the River. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residents' dining room and dining experience to assure resident satisfaction. The supervisor will promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living, actively participate in growing community occupancy, and oversee the service of meals. This position also involves managing the cleanliness, preparation, training, and staffing of the dining room, assisting the Culinary Services Director, and communicating with various stakeholders including the Executive Director and kitchen staff. The role requires maintaining the proper order of service, assisting with table service, scheduling, planning events, ordering supplies, and interviewing, hiring, counseling, and terminating dining room personnel. Additionally, the supervisor will conduct and monitor training, ensure the dining room is ready for service according to LCB standards, anticipate and meet resident needs, ensure staff compliance with uniform policy, greet residents, assist with seating, and manage dining room inventories and closing procedures.
