About The Position

Performs a variety of duties related to food service and sanitation in a timely and efficient manner including but not limited to; greeting and serving customers, stocking counters and serving areas, preparing and replenishing beverages and food items, washing and storing properly all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups, pots and pans. Maintains work station, other food service areas and equipment to meet cleanliness and food safety standards. Assists with preparation of items used in recipes. Assists others as directed. Must be able to effectively communicate (written and spoken) directly with other employees and staff members in English in a pleasant and professional manner. May be assigned to various or specifics areas based on operational needs. May assist with processing GET orders (Reads tickets to add condiments, beverages, desserts to order, plastic wear, takes order to appropriate pick up area.)

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency
  • Able to read, write and communicate effectively in English
  • Able to exert well paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours
  • Ability to lift equipment and supplies up to 40 pounds in weight
  • Able to walk, bend, stoop, and use finger dexterity for periods up to four (4) hours at a time
  • Able to stand for up to four (4) hours at a time
  • Able to listen attentively and comprehend verbal instructions in English
  • Able to visually differentiate colors for the purposes of food safety
  • Able to work when exposed to wet floors, temperature extremes and loud noise
  • Able to work independently with the appropriate amount of supervision
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
