About The Position
Americare is seeking a Dining Service Aide to join their team. This role is responsible for serving meals, supporting a positive dining experience for seniors, and contributing to a caring team environment. The Dining Service Aide will be on the frontline of delivering "Hometown Hospitality™" as part of the residents' dining experience, making dining time a social time for all. This involves assisting in preparing and serving food to residents, family members, and visitors, and working as a team with other dietary staff to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe working environment.
