About The Position

Allegro Winter Park is hiring a Part-Time Dining Server to join their team. This role offers consistent daytime and early evening hours, ending by 8pm, and provides training from day one. It's an opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants meaningful work without late nights. The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
Must pay attention to detail.
Must be flexible/adaptable.
Must have safety awareness.
Must be a team player.
Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
Associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Nice To Haves

Prior server or food service experience is preferred.
Genuine enjoyment of being around people.

Responsibilities

Serve meals with warmth, care, and professionalism to residents.
Greet and assist residents and guests throughout the dining experience.
Maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment throughout every shift.
Deliver and retrieve trays as needed and support meal service from start to finish.
Be a dependable, friendly presence that makes every meal feel special.
Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
Label and date all food.
Other job duties as assigned.
