About The Position

Brandywine Seaside Pointe by Monarch Communities is seeking a Part-Time Dining Server. This role involves creating an exceptional dining experience for residents, family members, and guests through engaging conversation and delivering healthy, delicious meals. The position requires managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, resort-style dining environment, building relationships with residents, and enjoying a better work-life balance than typically found in traditional restaurants.

Requirements

High school diploma preferred/GED accepted
Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Competent in organizational, time management skills
Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
Experience working with seniors
Associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
Individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs.
Associate must use proper body mechanics.
