About The Position
Brandywine Seaside Pointe by Monarch Communities is seeking a Part-Time Dining Server to create an exceptional dining experience for residents, family members, and guests. This role involves delivering healthy and delicious meals with a warm and welcoming demeanor in a fast-paced, resort-style dining environment. The position offers a better work-life balance compared to traditional restaurants and focuses on building relationships with residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma preferred/GED accepted
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
- Experience working with seniors
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
- Ability to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use proper body mechanics.
