About The Position

Alto Hickory Creek is looking for warm, dependable Dining Servers to join our team. We are a welcoming senior living community in Titusville where the dining experience is a daily highlight for our residents. You'll be part of a supportive team in a role where your personality makes a real difference every single shift. We have both full-time and part-time openings available with two shift options to choose from, allowing for a schedule that works for your life. The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player
Must have positive Criminal Background Screening
The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Greet and serve residents and guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
Serve meals efficiently and clear tables between courses and after meals
Maintain a clean, welcoming dining room throughout every shift
Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents' apartments as needed
Be a warm, consistent presence that residents look forward to seeing every day
Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner
Approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner
Serve food in an efficient and professional manner
Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol
Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period
Label and date all food
Other job duties as assigned
