Requirements

Familiarity with standard commercial kitchen equipment is necessary for safe operation.
Ability to work collaboratively with vulnerable populations and SVDP staff, reflecting respect for the teachings of the Catholic Church and the mission of St. Vincent de Paul.
Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Must be able to navigate various campus buildings.
Adaptability in a fast-paced setting is crucial, as this role requires multitasking and flexibility.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Serve as the backbone of our dining room services, playing a vital role in food preparation, storage, and stock management.
Ensure the cleanliness of the dining area.
Welcome a diverse array of dining room donors, volunteers, community members, guests, and staff.
Collaborate closely with the Food Services Program personnel.
Embody the values of charity and justice, working alongside others to relieve needs and address their root causes.
