About The Position

Works with the Dining Room team in order to serve guests with honor, dignity, and respect. And to ensure each guest has a “REMARK”able experience. This Team Member helps reach the restaurant’s vision. Restaurant Vision: To be the best restaurant in Tucson; that provides each guest with a “REMARK”able experience by serving fresh food, quickly, in a clean environment by a team that loves people.

Responsibilities

Keeps the dining room spotless
Ensures each table is clean immediately after a guest leaves
Engages the Core 4: Eye Contact, Share a Smile, Speak Enthusiastic, Stay connected
Keeps restaurant clean throughout shift
Condiment stand stocked
No trash on the floor
No crumbs on the counters
Clean Windows/Doors
Trash cans not overflowing
Cleans the restrooms
Checks the parking lot for trash
Practices cost efficiency for food, condiments, and paper items
Able to work at least 3 Saturday’s each month
