As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting and overseeing our daily operations. This includes directing and working with the staff in a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing. All staff perform housekeeping duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas. All staff assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, pot washing, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen. All staff perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management.
