About The Position
Friendship Village is seeking a Part-Time Dining Room Supervisor to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the culinary field, excels in customer service, and has a passion for mentoring others. The supervisor will be responsible for greeting diners, directing Dining Associates, and ensuring a smooth and exceptional dining experience for residents. Friendship Village is known for its friendly and inviting dining atmosphere and high standards of hospitality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test.

- Previous dining experience
- 1 year of previous supervisor experience
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional dining experience while interacting with our residents and staff
- Responsible for supervising the flow of service in the dining room
- Assist with the training and management of dining staff
- Receive feedback to help improve service related issues
- Help with the organization of setting up and tearing down events
- Work to maintain a neat and orderly dining room and work area
