Dining Room Supervisor
About The Position
Friendship Village is seeking a Part-Time Dining Room Supervisor to join their team. This role involves greeting diners, directing Dining Associates, and ensuring the dining room runs smoothly to provide residents with an exceptional dining experience. Friendship Village is known for its friendly and inviting dining experiences in magnificent venues, striving to provide high standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and enjoy mentoring and training others. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Hours vary. Must be able to work weekdays 2nd shift and weekends 1st shift, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test.

- 1 year of previous supervisor experience
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional dining experience while interacting with our residents and staff
- Responsible for supervising the flow of service in the dining room
- Assist with the training and management of dining staff
- Receive feedback to help improve service related issues
- Help with the organization of setting up and tearing down events
- Work to maintain a neat and orderly dining room and work area
