Requirements
- 5 Star Dining Room Training
- Two years’ experience as a Dining Room server in a retirement setting
- Proven ability to show leadership amongst peers
- Experience working with Mature Adults in a hospitality setting
- Good communication skills in English
- Some computer proficiency required
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for the Dining Room in the absence of the Dining Room Manager
- Check tables before seating, and during meals, to ensure proper service and presentation
- Ensure proper workflow in the Dining Room area and handle any concerns brought forward by Residents
- Other duties as required
