About The Position
Glacier Hills Senior Living Community in Ann Arbor, Michigan, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, is seeking a Dining Services Supervisor to lead daytime tray line operations. The role oversees meal assembly and delivery in a senior living community and supports dining staff in providing accurate, timely, high-quality service to residents. The position is scheduled for the day shift, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working on or supervising a tray line in a hospital, healthcare, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living setting.
- Knowledge of food safety, dietary restrictions, and healthcare meal service operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily tray line operations to ensure meals are assembled accurately and delivered on time.
- Supervise and support dining services staff during meal service.
- Ensure compliance with diet orders, food safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with nursing and other departments to provide excellent resident service.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage as needed.
- Complete required reports and maintain operational records.
