Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous Supervisor or Lead Server experience required in a restaurant, food service, or health-related facility preferred
- Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
- Applicants may be subject to a background check.
Responsibilities
- Lead the front-of-house operations of the community
- Hire, train, and schedule dining servers
- Assure the safety and enhancement of the dining area
- Assist the Dining Director with tasks as assigned
