About The Position
Capital City Club is seeking reliable, self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude and a team-player mentality to join our team as Dining Room Servers. This position is based in our dining rooms, where the primary goal is to provide members and guests with exceptional food, drink, and service, ensuring a world-class experience. As a non-tipping environment, we offer a competitive guaranteed wage, allowing staff to focus on premium service. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in using our point-of-sale system.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Available to commit to a consistent daytime schedule and be a reliable member of the team.
- Ability to work independently and cohesively as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum two years of serving experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
- Ability to accurately read and input data into our point-of-sale system.
- A high-energy and fun-loving personality with a positive attitude!

- Experience in private clubs is a plus.
