About The Position
Providence Place at the Collegeville Inn is seeking to recruit a part-time compassionate, customer service driven individual to enhance our residents' dining experience. The Dining Room Server (Coordinator) is responsible for ensuring that residents have a positive experience during mealtimes. This includes ensuring an organized process for meal service; communicating dining room needs to the Director of Dining Services; and ensuring that the dining room is clean and set for lunch and dinner meals. Must be willing to cover dishwasher/ prep cook shifts as needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in dining or restaurant service.
- Service oriented.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Neat, professional appearance.
- Knowledge of food handling, dining room, and/or hospitality procedures.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Completion of sanitation course (ServSafe) must be completed within 3 months of hire.
