Requirements
- Must have some management experience.
- Must be a high school graduate.
Nice To Haves
- Some experience in restaurant management, banquet or catering experience preferred.
- Some experience in the Senior Living industry preferred.
- Experience in managing line employees.
- An understanding of the dietary needs of seniors.
- ServSafe certification a plus.
- Strong passion for seniors.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of the dining room, including hiring, orientation, and training of all wait staff.
- Ensures adequate staffing to meet resident needs.
- Coordinates community special events and functions.
- Ensures overall resident satisfaction with the dining services department.
- Participates in community department manager meetings.
