We are NOW HIRING for a Dining Room Manager/Restaurant Manager at our extraordinary senior living community to join our culinary team! FULL-TIME, 8am-4pm and 10am-6:30pm. Requirements

• Some experience in restaurant management required.
• Banquet or catering experience required.
• Some management experience required.
• Must be a high school graduate.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the Senior Living industry is a plus.
• Experience in managing line employees.
• Understanding of the dietary needs of seniors.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Strong passion for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the dining room, including hiring, orientation, and training of all wait staff.
• Ensures adequate staffing to meet resident needs.
• Coordinates community special events and functions.
• Ensures overall resident satisfaction with the dining services department.
• Participates in community department manager meetings.
