Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant or dining room management, preferably in a private club or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on staff development and service excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a member-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to uphold high standards of service, safety, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with The Medallion Club experience.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and dining room best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily dining room operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality member experience.
  • Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff, promoting a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and excellence.
  • Maintain high standards of service, safety, cleanliness, and presentation throughout all dining areas.
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure accurate, timely, and polished food and beverage service.
  • Manage staff scheduling, floor plans, and service flow to support efficient and consistent operations.
  • Greet members, address inquiries, and resolve concerns with professionalism and warmth.
  • Uphold club standards in appearance, service delivery, and overall dining room environment.
  • Assist with planning and executing special events, private dining functions, and club programming.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance support to dining room staff.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to service, teamwork, and maintaining a member-focused environment.
