About The Position

Join Arbor Day Farm as a Dining Room Lead and help create meaningful guest experiences while advancing the Foundation’s mission right here in Nebraska City. You’ll report to our Restaurant Manager and collaborate with leaders and team members across the property, including Timbers and Culinary. We believe in servant leadership, open communication, and growing talent from within. Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we’re going to do something — it’s worth doing well.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to create a fun work environment with teamwork at the forefront.
• Be a part of a fast-paced environment, thriving on the energy from serving large groups.
• Maintain a professional appearance and representation of Lied Lodge.
• Assist in a variety of functions, including clearing and setting tables, serving food, bartending/serving drinks, and maintaining cleanliness.
