About The Position
The Lead Dining Room Server is a key member of the dining team and helps ensure a high-quality dining experience for residents. The role involves providing customer service, preparing and serving meals, maintaining clean and organized dining and kitchen areas, monitoring food safety, and supporting special events and catering functions. The position also includes team supervision and requires a flexible schedule. Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Transport trash and linens to designated disposal areas.

- Support special events and catering functions.
- Deliver meals to remote locations as needed.
- Follow and complete daily task checklists.
