About The Position

The Dining Room Attendant is responsible for clearing dining tables of used dishes and debris, wiping chairs and tabletops, and resetting tables with glasses and silverware. This role also involves sweeping and mopping dining areas, completing side work duties, assembling and delivering room service orders, and delivering amenities. Additionally, the attendant must maintain high standards of appearance and grooming and participate in training programs to enhance guest service skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to work in a team driven environment to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Clear dining tables of used dishes and debris.
• Wipe chairs and tabletops with an approved spray and damp cloth.
• Reset tables with glasses and silverware.
• Sweep and mop dining areas.
• Complete other side work duties as instructed.
• Put together room service orders and deliver them to the room.
• Deliver amenities.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming.
• Participate in training programs to continuously improve guest service skills and knowledge.
