Requirements
- 1-2 years previous experience working in a support role in fast-paced, contemporary fine dining.
- The ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
Responsibilities
- Perform the initial greet on the table offering water and bread service.
- Work closely in a team environment.
- Balance and carry service trays.
- Accurately make notes and read POS order printed chits.
- Garnish food items according to menu description and deliver food to table correctly.
- Enjoy what you do and have fun in a team environment, while completing all of the above.
