About The Position

This role involves supporting servers and coordinators, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, assisting with dining room and catering setup, and providing positive customer service by engaging with residents and learning their preferences. The attendant will also be responsible for completing log sheets, stocking supplies, practicing food sanitation standards, and training staff as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Restaurant operations, services, and facilities.
• Prior serving experience of minimum 2 years required

Responsibilities

• Always works with and supports other servers and coordinators.
• Responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders in meal service
• Assists in dining room/catering set up
• Exhibits positive customer service by engaging with residents/customers and becoming familiar with their preferences
• Consistently completes entry into all log sheets as required i.e. meal counts, dishwasher temperature, etc.
• Records and stocks supplies in service areas, as needed
• Practices standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance
• Trains staff as needed
