The Dining Room Assistant is responsible for the facilitation of food services offered at The Cenacle on the Lake. This includes setting tables, replenishing food and beverages, attending to retreatant needs in the dining room, cleaning tables, washing dishes, restocking silverware and glassware, and performing other assigned duties. The role also involves implementing the archdiocese's mission and philosophy as it relates to the goals of the Retreat Center, maintaining a professional and welcoming attitude, and following directives from the Lead Cook.
