About The Position
Piedmont Driving Club is seeking a Dining Room Server Assistant for the main clubhouse. In this role, you support the dining room team in delivering exceptional service by ensuring members and guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. You assist with water and bread service, table maintenance, and dining room upkeep while helping create a seamless and elevated dining experience. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to hospitality help set the standard for the exceptional service our members expect.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous busser, server assistant, or hospitality experience preferred
- Private club, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide water, bread, and beverage service to members and guests
- Set, bus, reset, and maintain dining room tables throughout service
- Crumb tables and maintain the cleanliness of dining and service areas
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery as needed
- Refill beverages and promptly clear dishes and glassware
- Complete opening, closing, and side work while adhering to health and sanitation standards
