About The Position

Did you know that River Landing at Sandy Ridge is the only senior living community in the Triad with a regulation 9-hole golf course? Our golf course features a clubhouse with two dining venues; The Overlook, that offers a casual dining room, and The Hilltop Pub, which highlights pub house favorites. We’re seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to assist in leading day-to-day operations in our dining room and ensure a seamless experience for both residents and staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in dining services, restaurant supervision, or hospitality leadership
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with POS systems, scheduling, and basic billing processes
• Ability to lead with compassion and professionalism

Nice To Haves

• hospitality or culinary degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise dining room staff and operations
• Act as liaison between dining room and kitchen
• Clubhouse manager as needed
• Coordinate and oversee in-house catering as needed
• Order and manage dining related supplies
• Operate POS system (Full Count)
• Ensure food service compliance with health and safety regulations
• Attend relevant team and department meetings
• Cover sections acting as server and bartender as needed
