About The Position

As a Retail Dining Services Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of three retail outlets, including a pizza station, deli station, and coffee kiosk. You will lead a team of 8 associates and drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and sales performance across retail locations generating over $650,000 in annual revenue. This role focuses exclusively on retail food operations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, strong merchandising, and consistent execution of brand standards.

Requirements

2+ years of food service or retail management experience.
Basic culinary knowledge and food preparation experience.
Understanding of food trends, quality standards, sanitation, and cost controls.
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
Financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and cost awareness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

Experience in high-volume retail food operations preferred.
ServSafe Certification preferred.
Associate’s degree preferred.

Ensure all retail concepts align with company vision and customer expectations.
