About The Position

As a Retail Dining Services Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of three retail outlets, including a pizza station, deli station, and coffee kiosk. You will lead a team of 8 associates and drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and sales performance across retail locations generating over $650,000 in annual revenue. This role focuses exclusively on retail food operations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, strong merchandising, and consistent execution of brand standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of food service or retail management experience.
  • Basic culinary knowledge and food preparation experience.
  • Understanding of food trends, quality standards, sanitation, and cost controls.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and cost awareness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-volume retail food operations preferred.
  • ServSafe Certification preferred.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of three retail outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service.
  • Manage and develop a team of 8 associates, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Drive retail sales initiatives and support revenue growth across all locations with annual sales exceeding $650,000.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and basic profit and loss management for retail operations.
  • Partner with culinary teams to ensure product quality, consistency, and appealing presentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement promotions, merchandising strategies, and new product offerings to increase sales.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and waste control to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all retail concepts align with company vision and customer expectations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
