About The Position
The Dining Assistant will ensure the highest quality and standards of meals are professionally prepared, presented and served with excellent customer service. This is a part-time position with benefits eligibility, offering an hourly rate of $19.25. The community is recognized as a leading provider of high-quality nursing care, creating a warm and compassionate environment within a state-of-the-art setting. The work schedule is 3 days per week, with shifts from 6:00 am - 2:00 pm and/or 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, including every Wednesday, alternating Mondays and Fridays, and every other weekend.
Requirements
- High School graduate or GED
- Experience as wait staff or host/hostess/captain
- Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
- Flu vaccine required during flu season
Nice To Haves
- Skill and experience with geriatric and/or Dementia residents
