Red Apple Dining Assistant Manager / Elementary
About The Position
Red Apple Dining has an exciting opportunity for an assistant manager at an elementary school campus restaurant. This dynamic professional will be responsible for assisting in all operations related to managing a restaurant within the federal guidelines of Child Nutrition Programs. This position requires the ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with internal and external guests. A demonstrated ability to lead, develop team members and provide exceptional guest service is expected. The position will require an individual who excels in a progressive team environment. Experience and understanding of the School Breakfast Program and National School Lunch Program is highly desirable.
Requirements
- One year of experience in dining service
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- ServSafe certification or receive certification within six months of hire
- High School Diploma or equivalence or Florida Special Diploma preferred
