About The Position
Good Neighbor Society is seeking a friendly and dependable Dining Aide to join our team. In this role, you will help create a positive dining experience for residents by assisting with meal service, beverage distribution, dining room setup and cleanup, and ensuring residents receive excellent customer service during mealtimes.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 65 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with meal service and resident dining needs
- Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals
- Serve beverages and snacks as assigned
- Wash dishes and assist with kitchen cleanup
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide courteous and compassionate service to residents
