The Digitization Specialist will be responsible for maintaining tracking records and filing systems, archiving files, and processing records for digitization. This role involves identifying and locating records, preparing documents for scanning, operating scanning equipment, and performing quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of digitized images. The specialist will also maintain and update databases and spreadsheets, record pertinent data about archived files, and perform document/folder metadata entry. This position may require standing for long periods and participating in special projects.
