About The Position

The Digitization Manager is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of overall enterprise strategies related to web-based/digital technologies. This role acts as the conduit between business leaders for the development and implementation of these key strategies. The manager will plan and deliver an effective digital strategy to achieve enterprise goals, improve overall customer experience by expanding digital channels, enhance communication channels with the field related to daily activities, increase revenues by expanding customer contact methods, and enhance revenue and meet cost savings by replacing manual processes with technology-driven efficiencies. Additionally, the role is responsible for achieving targeted savings for defined activities related to improved waste reduction. The Digitization Manager will work collaboratively with business leaders to foster a continuous improvement culture, develop presentations for various levels of leadership (CEO, COO, RVPs, etc.), and drive/decide/consult on digital improvements in close interrelationship with business owners and key users within the organization. This role involves project management, systems, and tools, and requires the ability to work, collaborate, and drive activities in a decentralized environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business or information systems management, or MBA Preferred
  • 3+ years experience in Business Analytics
  • 3+ years experience in Project Management
  • 3+ years experience in Change Management
  • 3+ years experience in Application Development
  • 3+ years experience in Business Process Modeling
  • 3+ years experience in Agile Methodologies
  • Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, and MS Project
  • Stays current with latest technology trends
  • Ability to independently manage priorities and workday in both in office and remote settings
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail
