About The Position

The Digital Workplace Systems Analyst administers and supports enterprise collaboration and identity platforms, including Exchange (on-premises and Exchange Online), Microsoft 365 services, and Active Directory/Entra ID in a hybrid environment. This role ensures platform stability and performance by monitoring system health, troubleshooting incidents, and executing lifecycle administration activities such as user, mailbox, and access management. The analyst implements enhancements that strengthen reliability, security, and user experience, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective operational support. Responsibilities include supporting security and compliance controls (e.g., least privilege, auditing, retention, and hold processes, as applicable) and leveraging scripting and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. This position also contributes to the evaluation of technology solutions and provides technical recommendations aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• Experience with Exchange (on-premises and Exchange Online).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID in a hybrid environment.
• Experience with user, mailbox, and access management.
• Experience supporting security and compliance controls (least privilege, auditing, retention, hold processes).
• Experience with scripting and automation.
• Experience evaluating technology solutions and providing technical recommendations.
