About The Position

VIATechnik is seeking a Digital Twin Solutions Consultant to drive the growth of their digital twin platform, Voyager. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on demonstrating the value of Voyager to potential clients. You will work directly with owners of large real estate portfolios and their facilities teams to understand their current operations and showcase how a digital twin can improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance KPIs. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including discovery, demos, proofs of concept using customer data, and scoping integrations with various systems like CMMS, BAS, IoT platforms, and BIM. You will also develop business cases and technical proposals, collaborate with sales and leadership, and support deployment alongside implementation and customer success teams. Insights gained from this role will influence client deployments and the Voyager product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with building systems, building data management, or facility management workflows.
  • Ability to speak credibly with people who manage building operations.
  • Experience with BIM, digital twin, or facility management platforms.
  • Understanding of how building data moves between platforms.
  • Experience building API or data integrations.
  • Comfort working directly with customer data.
  • Experience leading complex solutioning or consulting engagements.
  • Ability to translate learnings into an approved business case.
  • Ability to create momentum independently and solve open problems without a predefined playbook.
  • US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery to qualify Voyager opportunities by mapping customer workflows, stakeholders, and operational gaps, and quantifying their costs.
  • Become proficient in Voyager, including its data population and integration workflows, within 90 days.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer facility teams.
  • Generate $600,000 in annual Voyager revenue through net new, cross-sell, and up-sell contracts.
  • Build relationships with technical and economic buyers.
  • Develop business cases and partner with leadership and Account Executives through negotiation and closing.
  • Configure Voyager demos and proofs of concept using customer data.
  • Scope integrations with CMMS, BAS, IoT, BIM, and reality capture sources.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to understand building operations and connect Voyager to team priorities.
  • Translate field conversations into product and marketing insights by sharing objections, win/loss patterns, user stories, and creative applications of Voyager.
  • Contribute to positioning, case studies, and campaigns to generate inbound leads.
  • Develop reusable discovery tools, integration patterns, data-mapping templates, scripts, and demo datasets.
  • Provide direct feedback to product management to ensure Voyager supports the consultant's work.
