Requirements

3+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, operations, software development, or mission-focused technology solutions roles
Experience with data tools such as Palantir Foundry, Tableau, or Power BI
Experience with designing workflows, integrating technologies, or program or project management
Experience as a leader working directly with operational teams or senior stakeholders
Experience supporting proposals
Ability to transform complex workflows into user-friendly applications
Ability to take a customer need, ask the right questions to understand the “why,” and ensure the product meets the actual need
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with coding languages such as Python, SQL, or R
Experience with military or defense operations, including SOCOM-related or DoD
Experience serving as a Product Owner
Experience testing software or products
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in operational contexts
Secret clearance
Agile, Scrum, or Product Management Certifications
