The Gig The Digital Strategist is the technical and analytical engine of VizyPay's marketing team. This role owns the full arc of digital discoverability and performance — from how VizyPay ranks on Google and surfaces in AI-generated answers, to how paid media amplifies organic momentum and how all of it is measured, attributed, and reported. The Digital Strategist sets the architecture that every other digital effort builds on.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrable strength in SEO and/or paid media.
  • Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Ads.
  • Working knowledge of structured data (JSON-LD, schema.org), semantic SEO, and entity optimization.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
  • Strong analytical ability; comfortable building dashboards and communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Fintech, SaaS, or B2B services experience preferred; payments or ISO channel familiarity is a meaningful advantage.
  • Working knowledge of AI Optimization (AIO/GEO) concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end SEO strategy: keyword research, technical audits, site architecture, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Lead AI Optimization (AIO/GEO): structure VizyPay's digital presence to earn citation in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google SGE.
  • Define AEO content architecture — schema standards, FAQ frameworks, and answer formats — that the Content Specialist executes within.
  • Execute paid search strategy across Google Ads with disciplined CPA targets for merchant acquisition and ISO agent recruitment.
  • Run paid social experimentation across LinkedIn and Meta in collaboration with the Channel Marketing Specialist.
  • Own GA4 configuration, UTM governance, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling across all channels.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards providing the Director and team a coherent view of all channels.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM integration, martech stack, and AI-assisted workflow tooling.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across paid creative, landing pages, and email sequences.
