About The Position

The Digital Transformation Specialist applies digital expertise to help public sector organizations address traditional business challenges through new digital strategies and solutions. The role assesses how new tools may affect organizational missions and works closely with stakeholders and technical professionals to develop and contribute to technology and business system solutions that improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Areas of focus may include data analysis, process automation, UI and UX, and artificial intelligence.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience delivering digital solutions.
Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI and UX, or artificial intelligence.
Ability to apply frameworks aligned to digital transformation efforts in the public sector.
Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree.
