Requirements
- Experience managing automated workflows
- Experience maintaining SharePoint sites and lists to support operational processes
- Experience developing and sustaining dashboards, including preparing high-quality datasets through data validation and discrepancy resolution
- Experience performing what-if and scenario analysis to support leadership decision-making
- Experience with AI tools
- Ability to identify opportunities for AI enablement within demand processes
- Ability to translate complex information for senior leaders, including tailoring messages to broad audiences
- HS diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of experience delivering digital solutions and solving business problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Bachelor's degree in data science or a related field
