About The Position

Requirements
- Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, finance, information technology, engineering, or related field.
- Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, with the exception of qualified candidates who are bilingual in either Japanese and English or Chinese and English.
Nice To Haves
- Information Technology (IT) and/or engineering knowledge/experience is a plus.
- Some experience with selecting and/or implementing enterprise technology solutions (ERP, RPA, IIoT, Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Handling or creating projects (assisting with research, special analysis requested by Managers, Partners, etc.)
- Advanced technology research and assistance with thought leadership development
- Process improvement/reengineering and operational reviews
- Assist clients with selecting and/or implementing and optimizing enterprise technology solutions (ERP, SCM, RPA, MES, CPM, IIoT, etc.)
- Developing relationships with clients and participating in networking/business development activities
- Engaging in firm professional development activities
