About The Position

HighRadius is seeking a Digital Transformation Principal with expertise in Payments to join their team. This is a strategic, pre-sales role focused on bridging the gap between B2B payments technology and executive-level business value. The principal will partner with Fortune 1000 CFOs to identify payment friction points and design automated digital transformation strategies using HighRadius's Payments Automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the B2B payments landscape, including merchant acquiring, credit card processing (interchange optimization, Level 2/3/CEDP data), direct debit (ACH, SEPA, Bacs, BECS, etc.), alternative payment methods, digital wallets, real-time payments (RTP), and global payment gateways.
  • Proven track record in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or tech-focused Management Consulting role, ideally selling into the Office of the CFO.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build trust and sustain strategic relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Ability to translate complex technical workflows and solutions into quantifiable business value (ROI) and easily understandable customer-facing presentations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/financial field.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 40% to meet with enterprise prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep-dive operational assessments to uncover friction in a prospect’s current B2B payment ecosystem and map them to HighRadius solutions with their corresponding value propositions.
  • Build and present compelling business cases, ROI models, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses to justify technology investments to finance executives.
  • Deliver powerful, tailored product demonstrations to the Finance departments of enterprise-level clients, up to the CFO.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to architect scalable digital payment transformation roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Strategy teams to influence the product roadmap based on real-world prospect feedback and emerging trends in the Payments industry.
